Another reason to love email

The postmaster for the United States Post Office says that they want to stop Saturday delivery for mail service and they want to increase the postage rates again.

Don't they understand that the more they raise prices the more they will lose business.

Not only that but the last time that I received a card or letter in the mail, it had been opened by someone in the USPS system. The $20 my aunt had sent was gone, but they took the time to fashion a piece of tape to the back.

Seriously? I'd rather use UPS than USPS.

What happened to the days when the USPS was full of friendly and dependable servants for the community and a stamp was only 25 cents. The lines are always atrocious, the facilities are run down, and the employees are disgruntled....Oh and...we're up to 44 cents and climbing. Is there no end to the madness?

And is there any wonder why so many of us prefer email to snail mail?
